Delatech (ATMI, AMAT) CDO 863 “ Retrofit Conversion kits” for CDO 859, 860.

Delatech (ATMI, AMAT) CDO 863 Inlet assemblies are available for retrofit on CDO 858 and 859 models to enable customers to improve the overall performance.  Users have long recognized the benefits of the improved design of the CDO 863 units over previous models.  New 863 units are no longer available and finding used models is rare.  Enterprising customers have ingeniously found that installing the improved design of the 863 inlet has dramatically improved the performance of their existing 858 and 859 models.

    Steve,
    Do you offer full retrofit kit to convert 859 to 863? inlet is not the only one from the difference, right?

    Sam: There is not a full conversion kit from CDO859 to 863. 863 units are difficult to find. Some clever customers have made their own modification to utilize some 863 parts (like the inlets) on their 859 or older units to improve the performance of the older units. Steve Griffing Dynaxa LLC

    If the retrofitted CDO859 can perform equivalently with CDO863, it maybe our approach then.
