In addition, our liability for warranty claims is transferred our suppliers and is the responsibility of the suppliers and shall not, in any event, exceed the invoice price of the product claimed defective, nor shall Dynaxa LLC nor its suppliers be liable for delays in replacement or repair of any products provided by our suppliers.
