What This Privacy Policy Covers

  • This policy covers how DynaxaLLC.com(“DLLC”) treats personal information that DLLC collects and receives, including information related to your past use of DLLC’s products and services. Liability Disclaimer

Dynaxa LLC makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of information on products as provided by our suppliers, but shall not, under any circumstances, be liable to the buyer or any other party for lost profits, diminution of goodwill, or any other special or consequential damages with respect to any claim, including by not limited to, information on products provided by our suppliers or use of products.  In addition, our liability for warranty claims is transferred our suppliers and is the responsibility of the suppliers and shall not, in any event, exceed the invoice price of the product claimed defective, nor shall Dynaxa LLC nor its suppliers be liable for delays in replacement or repair of any products provided by our suppliers.
